Prototype/Template/Wireframe/demosite: -

It is rough and rapidly develop application.

It doesn’t contain the actual functionalities of the application (Project/Product).

It will help the both Client and BA to get the complete requirement.

Once the prototype is develop BA is a responsible to present the prototype to the client is know as “POC”.

POC means Proof Of Concept.

Roles: Chief Architect, BA, PM will review (Read & Analyses) the SRS document in all

requirements and they will divide into Modules and Submodules.

Note: The group of related functionalities are nothing but Module.

CA will divide the requirement to modules with the help of UML – Unified Modelling Languages.

It is also known as Architectural Diagram . It will be created in a document it is called design document.
